Documents Repository

We create and populate document repositories for single customers for easy access to their depositions and exhibits on our secure site.

Shared repositories can also be created containing all depositions, exhibits, and video files in a case. Each party is given a username and passcode to access the repository, and the documents can be viewed, searched, and downloaded anytime, day or night. We specialize in uploading transcripts, exhibits, synchronized videotape files, and transcripts hyperlinked to exhibits. For example, the hyperlinked transcripts and exhibits can be converted to a Summation Briefcase Format, a LiveNote compatible format, a Reallegal Binder format and others.
